1 packet instant curry mix (choose a flavor you enjoy, such as vegetable, chicken, or lentil curry)
2 cups water (for the rice and curry, adjust as per curry mix instructions)
Optional: canned chicken or vegetables for added texture and nutrition
Instructions:
Cook the instant rice according to the package instructions, typically by boiling water, adding the rice, and then covering it off the heat to absorb the water for about 5 minutes.
In a separate pot or pan, prepare the curry according to the packet's instructions, which usually involves simply heating the mix and adding water. If you’re adding canned chicken or vegetables, drain them and incorporate them into the curry as it cooks.
Once both the rice and curry are ready, serve them together, with the curry poured over the rice or on the side, as preferred.
