Boundary Peak - the failed attempt at the highest peak in Nevada

Boundary peak is the tallest peak in Nevada, at the time of summiting it would have been my 4th state high point. The drive up from Phoenix was long, but the worst of it was the mis guidance that was given both online and by word of mouth of how to actually get to this trailhead. Incredibly long off-roading vehicle. One fella said he made it in his Dodge Charger. I now don't believe him. We attempted to summit Boundary on September 22, it was great weather, excellent day just a tad cold. The mix of stress from the rough road driving, lack of sleep, poor trail signage, and Case's altitude sickness made the decision to turn around not even negative. We both wanted off the mountain, views were okay, the best part was the lack of people, but honestly on this one maybe seeing a human doing it correctly would've helped.
